Fertigation Manager ™ is an Irrigation and Fertigation control system for greenhouse flower and vegetable crops. It measures and controls, water flow, conductivity, EC and pH control and individual fertilizer control. The software control programs can start the irrigation based on time, solar conditions and soil or substrate moisture sensors. The Fertigation Manager™ controls up to 12 fertilizer injectors and can control up to 48 irrigation valves. It can be expanded to control additional injectors and irrigation valves.

There are many injector system models to chose from, we design machines to treat as low as 10 liters per minute to over 2500 liters per minute for Fertigation water.
The Fertigation Manager ™ fertilizer management system combined with the Ozone and Oxygen generators with automatic back wash media filters provide an excellent water treatment process. Climate Control Systems In. manufactures Ozone Water Treatment Systems for water sterilization. We provide complete engineered water filtration and sterilization systems for irrigation water treatment for reclaimed waste water.
We provide onsite Oxygen generators to produce pure 92% Oxygen to produce maximum Ozone output. The Ozone provides sterilization of the collected water for greenhouse closed loop hydroponic crops. After sterilization the water is checked by our computer control program and corrected for EC, pH, re-balance fertilizer nutrients with our Fertigation Manager program and then recycle the water to the crop.
The ORP/Ozone meter monitors the amount of Ozone in the water and automatically maintains the required Ozone level to destroy bacteria, viruses and algae.
The Fertigation Treatment Systems combined with the Ozone generator, Oxygen generator and automatic back wash filters provide a complete low maintenance solution to water treatment and recycling.
The system can saves greenhouse growers 40% on fertilizer costs and 35% on water costs. There are other benefits with the oxygen delivery to the plants root system through the irrigation water helps improve root health and crop yields.
The Soil and Substrate Moisture Sensor program measures moisture in soil or substrate growing media. This is a great way to manage water and fertilizer costs and ensures your crop receives optimum water and fertilizer nutrients. The Fertigation Manager (Tm) program allows you to connect soil or substrate moisture sensors averaging out readings between every two sensors per irrigation zone and trigger Fertigation based on low moisture readings in the soil or substrate medium. You can connect a maximum of 20 moisture sensors per system and control up to 48 irrigation valves.
